The series follows the adventures and misadventures of a community of neighbours.
"Mirador de Montepinar" is a residential complex on the outskirts of a big city, in the living owners, tenants of the ten floors and employees of the community and the builder.
In the Penthouse A: Sergio and Joaquin
Two brothers, a winner and a loser, are living together in one of the two penthouses on the farm. Sergio Arias (Adria Collado), egocentric and immature, is a successful man Joaquin (Guillermo Ortega), a young insecure, obsessive miserly working as a salesman floors of the building despite having studied a university degree and a master.
In the Penthouse B: Javi and Lola

It really is a parody of everyday life, not recommended for kids but good for a laugh.
