Dexter is an America TV drama series that concentrates in Dexter Morgan, who is a forensic bloodstain pattern analyst for the Miami Metro Police Department but by the nights he becomes in a serial killer.

Description of Characters:

Dexter Morgan: protagonist of the series that bears his name. His mother, Laura Mosser, was killed when some dealers discovered that Harry was a lover of Morgan. His two sons, Dexter and Brian, witnessed the death and lived for 4 days, flooded in blood in a container. When Harry finds them, decides to adopt Dexter, who soon proves to be unorthodox skills because of their trauma.

Debra Morgan: She is Dexter's adopted sister, so Harry 's biological daughter. She admires her brother and turns a lot on their cases. She is very foul-mouthed and easily excited.

Rita Morgan: She is his wife. She don´t know about Dexter ´s real life but she´s so happy with him. She is feeling very good close to Dexter.

Harry Morgan: Although long dead, Dexter sees in his imagination. It is the voice of his conscience. Was a police officer that had an affair with Dexter 's mother . Debra is her biological daughter. Seeing that his son could lead a bad life, he invented the "Harry´s code”.

Miguel Batista: Dexter's buddy, Debra, Quinn and Masuka. He began as a detective, but will be promoted to sergeant. He is separated and has a young daught

er. Dexter said that if he felt something for the rest of human beings, Batista would be his best friend.

Maria La guerta : She is the lieutenant. She is Cuban born. She had too many boy friend but she married with sergeant Miguel Batista.

Plot:

Dexter is a forensic expert in blood spatter analysis in the Miami Police Department. It is also a faithful boyfriend, a fun stepfather, brother, confidant and a freak of blood for some. In addition, Dexter is a psychopath who at the end of his turn in a criminal police are looking for particular questionable moral and dispose of them, Dexter is a serial murderer. The only one who knew him since childhood really was his foster father, Harry Morgan, who gave him the ethics and modus operandi with carrying out their crimes, or particular justice, realizing that the murderer of his instinct son was impossible to avoid, he decided to educate them to take advantage of their "personal" skill and provide a code of practice (Harry ´s code) focused to pursue and eliminate those murderers who had managed to evade justice.

Is very good crime-drama series for lovers for suspense, mystery and horror . I recommend it because it is one of the best that I've seen. Based on the novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay, the first of his series of Dexter novels.
